Hotel Bookings: You must be at least 18 years of age to book a reservation at our hotel. A 30% deposit of your entire reservation is due upon booking. For your security all payments are taken over the phone.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your reservation; we ask that you contact us by 4pm (est) 10 days prior to check in. Failure to contact us within this window will result in forfeiting your 30% booking deposit


Guest Arrival: Please note that check-in time is 3pm. Upon check in you will be required to provide photo identification and full payment of the reservation balance. Should you need to adjust your check in time; please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.


Guest Departure: Check out time is 12pm. Upon checkout we will inspect your room for any damages. Damages incurred are subject to additional fees at the owner’s discretion. Should you need to adjust your check out time; please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.


Room Damage: Our rooms have been completely refurbished with furniture and fixtures that may be subject to damage. Upon checkout we will confirm the condition of your room and initiate check-out. Management views such damage as spills, stains or burns of any kind on furniture, bedding, floors, linens, towels or fixtures.


 Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.


 Smoking Policy: The Highline Lodge is a smoke free facility.
