Our in-house restaurant offers seasonal and local fare, with a rotating menu based upon the freshest ingredients available. Sample menu:

Mixed Green Salad– Mixed Greens lightly tossed with balsamic vinaigrette & goat cheese crostini

Watermelon Feta Salad– Watermelon, Feta and red onions tossed w Lime Mint Vinaigrette

Zucchini Blossoms– Fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with herb spiked Meadowbrook Farms ricotta

French Lentil Salad– Warm French lentils served w kale salad

Flatbread– Caramelized onions, blue cheese, figs and walnuts

Beef and Veal Meatballs– Beef and veal meatballs braised in roasted tomato sauce served w polenta

Lobster & Shrimp Risotto– Creamy risotto with lobster and shrimp, lemon zest, chives and Parmesan cheese

Tagliatelli w Porcini Sauce– Wide, Hand-cut fresh pasta noodles with porcini, prosciutto, freshly grated Parmesan and a dash of cream

Ravioli– Fresh pasta squares filled with fresh Meadowbrook Farms ricotta served with roasted heirloom tomato broth

Bake stuffed Scallops– Scallops stuffed with lobster, crab and shrimp

Pork Medallions with cherry compote– roasted pork tenderloin medallions with Ranier and Bing cherry compote. The perfect combination of sweet, sour and savory

Roasted Duck Breast with Blueberry Sauce

Grilled Lamb Chops– Grilled rosemary and garlic marinated Double Rib Lamb Chop served with Greek style Cucumber Salad
